We recommend booking as soon as you know you're coming. Red Lodge, MT doesn't have very many hotels, or houses. So spots fill up fast. With the wedding being on a holiday weekend and a local rodeo happening. The later you book, the harder it may be to find a room.

Quality Inn couldn't give us a "Block" due to the holiday weekend and rodeo, but a 10% discount is available from the price when booking. Talk to Chaz the GM for the discount. Give them code "RathbunWedding" for the discounted rate.

Or coordinate with family and friends. A lot of the rentals have great spaces for groups, so get a house for your group to save some money (and maximize the fun!).

Stay the whole week or the weekend. We know you're super busy, but we'd love for you to be there the whole week. If you can, book a place for Wednesday through Sunday and get in as much wonderful time in as you can.
