Do you have a wedding block?

Yes! We have a wedding block of 5 studios and 5 condos at Chateau Rouge. Please visit their website and use "Rathbun Wedding" to use the blocking.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We invite you to RSVP online here.

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 1st, 2025! it is essential for planning ceremony seating and reception meals. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will mark you as unable to attend.

Will Your Wedding Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Weather Pending, the ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be located indoors.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

There will be a shuttle provided starting at 10:00 PM. The shuttle will take you to any location within a thirty minute drive from the Venue.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on our wedding invitation.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

YES, we love our little ones and would enjoy them being at our wedding!

Will there be an open bar?

Beer and wine is on us! There will be a cash bar for liquor and mixed drinks.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

We ask you to please arrive 45 minutes beforehand in order to be in your seats 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

We will have a cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

We encourage you to take as many photos as you'd like but to respect others around you. Please have your phone on silence during the ceremony, and please keep your phone below head levels and out of the aisles during the ceremony.

Where will wedding updates be posted?

All updates will be found on our website.

Registry and Gifts

Gifts are never required, but if you feel inclined to purchase something from our registry, we would greatly appreciate the item being mailed to our home address. This will help us when getting back home, and it will also help you when traveling to Montana.
